SPRING HAS ARRIVED!

Spring seems to have arrived in all its glory. It’s my favourite time of year with all its vitality and energy. The important thing is to try to channel that energy into our physical and emotional wellbeing.

BACK AT WORK

Having enjoyed a great five day break, I am now back in London and returning to work on Tuesday 22 March.
